I actually downloaded this awhile back but never bothered to read it. I read the hot cowboy series instead ;) and I am glad I tried them because I loved it to the point that I wanted to check out this 1, and I have to say R.L. Mathewson Is 1 of my top very favorites of authors and this book reminded me right away of her writing and the neighbor from hell series, I loved this series almost as much as I love Mathewsons books! It has the same quality writing that flows great, easy to read, and can't get your head away from. I loved it and wished I read this sooner, had lots of really funny parts that had me laughing out loud! Great job!

I like that Sean often said please when he spoke to Krista. So often when guys speak to the heroine in romance novels, it sounds like he's giving orders rather than asking a question: "Do this, do that" instead of "please do this, etc." - even at the end of the book when he supposedly loves her.

I like that even though Krista was attracted to Sean, she didn't act on it so soon in the relationship. She didn't 'fall for his seduction routines". So many women in romance novels have sex with a guy too early in the relationship - usually when he's still acting like a jerk to her.

The story gives an insight into how unfairly women can sometimes still be treated in the workforce, especially in the corporate world - regardless of how competent and professional they are.

Maybe the description of Krista's work could have been a little less in the story but I did appreciate how Sean and Ray were complementary in their discussion of Krista's work. I don't read that very often in romance novels.

It is so refreshing to finally read a true romance novel, not just some sexually focused dialogue with a cookiecutter storyline. Love the authors style of writing, I can't put these books down!

Lost & Found is absolutely beautifully written. It's a good change from other romantic novels that I've read in the past. It was unexpected how things ended - how things were unclear between S and K. I definitely recommend reading this book. There are moments of joy, sadness and laughter all of which are enjoyed. Breene writes so that every moment captivates you, from the moment you begin reading to the last, but even then you hope there's more.

It was really unexpected when the book just ended in the middle. I wish the ending had been a little more precise. I almost moaned in despair when it ended. That being said this book is really captivating, with moments that move your heart and then those that make you laugh out loud. I always found all romance novels so cliched, same story, same dialogues. This one was such a refreshing change.

I also originally downloaded the first book of this series for free on my Ipad. I got through it in a few hours and immediately wanted to read the next one in the series...it is a compelling read ...realistic, well written and humorous, without trying hard.. you cannot help liking Krista's odd ball friends as much as you like her.

KF Breene has a promotion running so I was able to get the next 2 books in the series free !! I would definitely recommend this one.

I originally wanted to write a review on the second book in this series, Overcoming Fear, but it wouldn't let me write a review because I did not purchase the book thru this site. Either way, I originally downloaded the first book of this series for free on my Ipad as I do with many other books. I am not a huge reader but I am a sucker for romance's. I was hooked by the characters and their story and couldn't put the book down. I am very thankful that I bought the second book and it was totally worth the $4. I look forward to reading the third and final book in the series and then most definitely moving on to KF Breene's other series!!

This novel has some very emotional moments that are balanced with some moments that make you laugh out loud. It’s the perfect balance of drama and comedy to allow you to escape from reality while within the pages. Breene wraps this captivating story up in a brilliant package that lets you completely immerse yourself in the storyline. This novel is exceedingly well put together. The understated descriptions fit quite well with the subject matter at hand while allowing you to visualize the story, while still leaving room for your imagination to take over. The mellow flow of this story also allows you to focus on the storyline rather than simply racing through to the end.

I really appreciate the fact that I liked (or fell in love with) more than one character in this novel. Both the main and supporting cast were quite well developed, but remained true to themselves. Everyone was human and acted like a real person. It was quite intriguing to see the male lead trying to walk the line between the role he’s made for himself and who he really is. You get to know both sides of him and how they don’t always fit together so perfectly. You also feel for the female lead, both with what she’s been through in the past and what she’s facing now.

As a whole, this was a brilliant introduction into this series and to the author as well. I would recommend it to any who enjoy a bit of will-they-won’t-they budding romance immersed in reality.

Please note that I received this novel free of charge from the author/publisher/blog tour company in exchange for an honest review.

I downloaded this book yesterday and I'm already. finished! I'm so into the characters and plot and I am waiting for the inevitable to happen and I really like that fact that it ain't all rushed. It's easy to follow and I can't put it down... Can't wait to get started on the second book!!! its amazing, after reading a well known trio of books that was drama drama drama, that im hooked on this book and there is not so much drama. its more normal and real! Awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. The characters were well thought out and had depth. The femLe protagonist was not weak or whiny and seemed to have a fully developed personality. She wasn't the weak willed ninny that seems to be dominating today's fiction. I also read the second book and am looking forward to reading the third.

Really liked this book and thought it was a lot different compared to other romances out there. I am looking for ward to reading the rest of the series and finding out what happens to Krista and Sean. Also I am interested what happens when Jim inevitably returns. Thanks for a great book!

A good read but with so many pages the story could not have been told? I just cannot see the interest in a 3-part series.
