About CJ Miller

He’s a man who needed to remove the soundtrack of rejection that his father’s absence left on repeat. In a world where paying your dues is king, and living your dreams appears to be a concept reserved only for the rich, Miller’s goal is to breathe life into today’s young adults who have been handicapped by the lack of affirmation. Miller’s desire is to remove that veil of pain. “It’s amazing how the absence of a parent stains a soul with the phrase ‘you’re not enough,’” says Miller. Today’s young adults are looking for substance and immediate gain. They no longer want to rely on the traditional methods that their parents once used. They want their own piece of the ‘American Dream,’ and they want it now.

I found this book to be very insightful, encouraging and full of practical guidance for all. In particular, the "don't give up" message is clear. For many, life is full of struggles, challenges and setbacks. It is often a test to see just how badly you want it.

CJ's use of humor and real life examples, as well as his willingness to share his journey is priceless. His unorthodox approach to the book further demonstrates his commitment to coloring outside the lines to make your dreams come true.

I highly recommend this book. Enjoy!!
