About Mars Q

Mars Q is a biologist, freelance writer, barely employed teacher, secular humanist, and submission grappling aficionado. Depending on his mood, he also goes by Yellow Jesus and the Fortune Cookie Monster. Don't let the foul language and vitriol deter you. If you get through the early chapters, you'll see the method in the madness.

I'd like to personally express my utter gratitude for all the kind reviews. Believe it or not, I don't know any of these people personally; my friends are either too lazy or uninterested to read serious non-fiction. I wish I could say that the 8 years I gave to this project has paid off but I barely float above the poverty line, and I've no doubt closed many doors by choosing to independently publish my work. I believe in the Smashwords platform and hopefully the altruism of strangers continues to give my scientific findings a chance to gain traction. Keep spreading the word if you believe I've created something special. Cheers :)

Fantastic book by a very talented and well educated man.
I love Mars Q's sense of humour and by combining this with his knowledge, he has conveyed information to us with a new slant on evolution and man in general.
Most enjoyable and educational piece of work.

I agree with Lorna Smith, this is a brilliant piece of work which is presented in an entertaining manner. I also learned a lot and was entertained at the same time.
Definitely 5+ rating here.

Yes, this book is brilliant!
It is the most realistic approach I've ever read although it did cost me a nights sleep. (I found myself still reading at dawn even though I started after dinner).
MarsQs use of humour combined with his scientific knowledge work in harmony. It is a difficult subject to tackle but the author has succeeded in explaining by example. Every step he takes the reader through is a wonderful experience. Bibliography is very professional and I would expect this from a man with his qualifications.
I didn't only learn from this book, I also enjoyed the experience.

This book was recommended to me and I admit at first I was reluctant to buy it. Glad I did.
What a wonderful approach to evolution.
I felt like the author was sat there talking to me. It made me start to think about things I thought I knew. I'm giving it to my 16 year old son to read hoping it will encourage him to look at everything a little differently.
I agree with Linda Arditto, it's BRILLIANT.

I don't know where to start !!
BRILLIANT comes to mind.
A refreshing new approach on an old subject that has been debated more times than I can remember.
This is my new text book.

I hope you make a million dollars in sales. :)))
