Urged by her family to marry a wealthy farang, or westerner, May has known all along that she and her husband were not meant to be. Ting, a simple bike-taxi operator, has spent his whole life in the same, small, Thai village, waiting for the woman he's dreamt of since childhood, his one. As fate has it, Ting meets May by chance and the two act on jealousy and physical attraction, disrupting the supposed path of their destinies and setting in motion a chain of unfortunate events that only leaves them with the last thing on earth each desires each other.
