Short description

“The Paragon Gang” is the hilarious, touching and inspiring story of five happy kids in the fifties who dreamed of America. It recounts the lives of children growing up in a different era and the aspirations of an entire generation. Their hilarious adventures over 12 years leads them to adulthood but eventually of them one reaches their dream.

Extended description

After the experimental explosion of the septic tank that sent the large nanny flying off the toilet, the Roman chariot race in the middle of the village and the discovery of the affair between the doctor and the accountant's wife, there were little doubts that the kids had demonstrated that they knew how to live great adventures and generate excitement. The tight knit group would grow up chasing their dream but, only one would eventually reach their dream to make it to America.

Entertaining, funny, heart warming written in a manner that keeps you intriged as to what kind of antics the boys will be up to next. Can't wait for Peter's next book.
