Jen Laskey is a New York City-based writer specializing in food, wine/spirits, travel, and health. Her work and wanderlust often lead her away to other cities, villages, and vineyards around the world to explore different culinary and cultural traditions. Jen’s writing has appeared in a variety of print and online publications, including Fodor’s Travel guidebooks, AOL’s Digital City and City’s Best guides, Food Republic, Everyday Health, Women’s Entertainment Television, Frugaltopia, Reader’s Digest, Nantucket, Nantucket Today, Playboy, and The Inquirer and Mirror newspaper. She has also been a ghostwriter to a number of best-selling authors in the food and health realms and she is a member of the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance. Jen holds an MFA in Writing from Columbia University, a BA from Bennington College, and an advanced certification, with distinction, from the London-based Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET).
