I bought this as a replacement for my previous copy as I had lost it so I knew what to expect. It is a useful management tool with a programme that works and presents a complex theory in a simple narrative style. I recommend this book for anyone who has been scared by the thought of Six Sigma but would like some of the results it can produce.
