Creepy Old Man

Rated 5.00/5 based on 2 reviews
I wrote this poem from personal experience. There was a pedophile, a "creepy old man" in the family and no one wanted to say anything. He had been harming several girls in his family for generations. This whole situation frustrated me and all I wanted was for him to suffer and for those girls to get the justice they deserved. Enjoy. About Cindy Matias

Hello, my name is Cindy Matias and as of today I am now a high school graduate. I've recently started writing short stories and poems after taking a creative writing class in English and so far I'm having a great time doing so. Like many writers out there, I use my writing as an outlet to the many thoughts and feeling I can't easily express to other living people. I hope you all enjoy my work. Please review and critique my writing. I would greatly appreciate constructive criticism so I can improve in the areas I still need to work on. Thank you and enjoy!

You tell it, honey! I grew up thinking all the girls in my class must be going through the same thing I was, but I didn't know how they were hiding it. I didn't think I hid it well. I was withdrawn, sad, very shy.

I love your style and poetic license. I love that you don't feel the need to rhyme your poetry, but you "feel" the emotion and the pain in your words. Especially for someone like me, who's been through this.

Keep writing. I look forward to reading more.

Cool book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written very just like the title said creepy, not the word (label, diagnosis) I use but very personal short story (book). It was very easy to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. Quite a few twists/turns. No grammar errors, repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of interesting scenarios. & I truly hope you all win. No doubt in my mind a very easy rating of 5 stars for this short story (book).
Thank you for the free short story (book)
