About Debbie Voiles

I am Debbie Voiles, the RRCA certified running coach at Mojo for Running and Run Tampa. Running has been my passion for over 30 years, but now, motivating other people to get off the coach, to start a fitness program, and to enjoy the outdoors is even more satisfying than my own running experiences. After discovering that many runners flounder after achieving the milestone of completing their first 5k, I decided to write a book to give them guidance. New and newer runners do not have to learn from their own mistakes when they can learn from mine. In "After Your First 5k" I provide the information that will facilitate their journey to becoming a runner and achieving their goals. I have competed in over 150 races from 5k to ultra marathons, triathlons and urban adventure races. I also produce the Mojo for Running Podcast available on iTunes.
