Biting Back

Rated 4.00/5 based on 1 reviews
“It doesn't hurt. You won't feel a thing.” I felt his cool breath in my ear. I could feel goosebumps erupt all over my shoulders, my lips parted as my eyelids fluttered shut. It sounded... inviting.

When you tangle with vampires, you learn to bite back.

About Gwen White

I'm a writing addict. Sometimes, I need to fill my time writing easy-to-write content in between my novels that I intend to get traditionally published. I write under a pen name, and with the name Gwen White, expect some drama and sexy tension to be involved.

Before anything else let me say I really enjoyed reading this book !!! pity for my philosophy classes...
Anyway the story was well-written and flowed nicely, so it was a treat to read. The vampire part wasn't the same as everywhere but I still found my marks. The author didn't try to lead us to again another kind of vampire but stayed true to their most classical traits.
I loved how the story never got boring through their wasn't any timelapse ! you kind of feel on the edge with Abigail. on the other hand I really fancied the personality of Nicholae who through physically strong is extremely sensitive.

That said I was a bit taken aback by the ending. Contrary to other parts of the text, this one felt rushed. Somehow I felt something was missing.
It would be good to work on the ending part a bit longer in the future as it is on that impression that the reader leaves the book and ultimately make his opinion upont it.

Overall this is a very nice and exciting journey through the night and I definitely recomend it even if the ending let me a bit down.
