This book is an excellent reference for anyone that thought they knew about tea. I believed myself to be knowledgeable in this subject but after reading this book I realized that my knowledge was limited. It is a great book for anyone that enjoys a cup of tea. I found it very informative. The book contains many interesting facts about where tea comes from and how it manufacturered. Who would have known that green, white and black tea come from the same plant, just handled differently when manufacturered. I loved the recipes in the back and plan to try out a few. I found the guidelines and suggestions on how long to steep specific types of tea extremly useful.
Over all this is a great easy read for anyone and everyone!!
