Review by: zen on Jan. 17, 2015 :
It's a fantasy/sci-fi novel about a boy who never really fits in, finds that he might be the last paladin and needs to save the world. The story is interesting and the first few chapters really hook you in. The Shadowed Manse is the first part in the series and deals mainly with introduction of the main characters, the fantasy world, its basic workings. The book is a bit small but i am hoping as the series progresses it will be 'bigger on the inside'.
