About Rob McShane

Originally trained as a Classical Pianist and in Drama and Theatre Arts in the UK, Rob now lives in South Africa. He has played many life roles: as a Nurse and Midwife (clinical and managerial); Sales Consultant and Marketing Manager for Medical products; part-time musician; father; husband; trainer; and spiritual healer. Through each experience, the written word - how it can be expressed and interpreted - has been a passion and an intrigue.

Rob was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2000 and lives with this day to day challenge just as, he believes, we each live with our own day to day issues and challenges.

He still loves his music (although playing the piano is now one of his challenges!) plus good coffee, red wine, potjiekos, crystals and ice cream! He also follows the latest research, and is passionate about how the brain works and how our thinking changes our lives.

Other than that, he considers himself a 'regular' guy!
