Working in senior management positions within corporate settings such as Borg-Warner, NutraSweet and Monsanto Mike has led leadership teams on successful culture change, conflict resolution and strategy implementation. His additional background as an outside consultant to senior management has given him the opportunity to bring the concept of momentum to a variety of corporate challenges. Mike earned his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed psychologist in the state of California and Illinois.

Patti is the founder and President of Turning Point Consulting, Inc., an executive coaching and consulting firm that creates an outcome-based partnership with executives that enables them to accelerate their progress in driving results and in being leaders people want to follow. Patti has 26 years' experience working inside major corporations and is regarded as an innovative and highly effective leader. She also has over 20 years' experience coaching CEO's, Physician Leaders and other executives as they drive growth, lead change, further develop their ability to lead their people, acquire and divest companies and transform the culture of their organizations. Patti earned her BS in Business Administration with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
