Finally, a weight-loss book that makes sense! Five stars! Let's be honest. The whole idea of dieting turns your fun meter down in a big way. This is a no nonsense weight loss book!
Brilliantly written, easy to follow plan to lose twenty pounds in ten weeks. If you're a serious looker of plans or guides to losing weight or just someone trying to keep it off then get this book.
It's easy to follow with graphs, diagrams, menu suggestions and so much more. Best of all, you don't have to have any fancy equipment and it's worded very simply. I found it a wonderful addition and a huge help.
