Every story is funny and fascinating. Colleen is a gifted writer for sure. I felt like I was 'there' in each of the travel tales identifying particularly with the author's self-deprecating humour. Also liked that the stories were short and easy reading while passing time waiting in life's endless lineups.

Traveling Light is a smart, entertaining and engaging romp around the world. I laughed out loud at the vignettes and am inspired to try to "travel light" more often and hopefully enjoy life on the road with as much verve and enthusiasm as the author.
