Utah's Scenic Byway 12 travels through portions of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument; it is in close proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, the Kodachrome Basin State Park, and the Escalante Petrified Forest State Park. This book takes you mile-by-mile along Scenic Byway Utah Highway 12 pointing out the must-sees along the way.

I have traveled most of the route Sheryl describes and her facts are spot-on along with her writing being entertaining. A great read!
