While deciding to give a gluten-free diet a try, I read this book in preparation for the eating changes. I found this to be easily understood, yet containing in-depth information and ideas. I appreciated it wasn't over-the-top fanatical or exhaustingly long. Now 6 weeks gluten free, I feel like this book gave me a great place to start and nice motivation to continue.

Gluten is healthy for more than 99.99% of humanity. This pamphlet states assertions that are contrary to science and therefore contrary to direct observation.
