Having contracted polio at age two, only made her life more miserable. The polio not only ravaged her body and left her with physical deformities, but it attached her self-esteem and self-worth. She's only seen how much love hurts. She's tasted a little bit of all life has to offer, except true unconditional love and acceptance.

Clarye has all but given up hope forever of finding her Knight in Shining Armor - that is until she literally bumps head first into the handsome, charming and equally wealthy business owner, Gavin Elliston.
