Extended description

Jake Carlson has inherited an old hotel that has sat empty for nearly 100 years. The place is reputed to be haunted and the local people won't go near it. He decides to fix the place up. It isn't long and he meets Kate O'Brien, a woman who has been dead for 100 years. She mistakes Jake as her fiance, Jake's great, great, grandfather, also named Jake.

While doing some research on the old hotel, Jake discovers that Kate was brutally murdered and worse, she is reliving it every night! Now in an effort that takes Jake to the brink of death itself, Jake tries to end the cycle and save Kate from her nightly terror.

This is a story you'll not soon forget, expertly penned and woven together by author Mikel B. Classen.

Great story, Mikel! I didn't see the ending coming until I was almost through reading it. Usually, I'm pretty sharp with that kind of thing. You got me! I'm glad. I'll spread the word about your talents as a story teller.
