Jose Santiago wants to get back to the love of his life, but it's not easy, as he's somewhere out in the middle of nowhere in space.

Jose gets a chance to make more money than he's even dreamed of, by staking claim to a certain something within a gigangic comet; the corporation he works for is sure to pay him a boatload of money. Can he get to the gigantic comet before his craft runs of fuel, ?

What I liked about this story was that you get some personal insight into Jose's situation, especially his feelings for his Significant Other. You might not shed a tear, but you *will* feel sorry for Jose's lot in life, the fact that he can't get together with his S.O. unless he gets really lucky.

Jose *does* get lucky - and gets back at the corporation in the delicious ending.
