Short description

Book One of Legend of the Crystals The crystals sing beneath Larissya’s skin and show her the future—and pain. Fear grips her heart like the dark hand of fate. People are going to die. She grips the sword so tightly her knuckles whiten. Her green eyes flash defiantly. Talos looks down at her with a huge grin. "Time to save the World?"

I was hooked on the first page curious as to what was going on with the crystal and the girl Larissya. She meets many interesting characters on her way to becoming the Warrior. Some good, some bad. She developes relationships with several as they follow her to her destiny and loses a few along the way.

Good characters and good stories mingling together nicely.

I did have some questions that were not answered in this book, but I am sure they will be in the following book.

Enter a world filled with magical creatures, body snatchers, wizards and strange beasts. Once there, the reader follows adventures, puzzles and twists along fantastic country as multiple threads entwine. The pace of this book builds well as more and more is revealed so that it becomes harder and harder to put it down. Excellent adventure/fantasy reading.
