A good zombie story is what the world needs to slow down and put things in perspective. Seriously. This collection is a fine example of how metaphor prevails even in a field where gore is prevalent. My favorite story is Simon McCaffery's "Lifeboat," which is well worth the price of the download. Highly recommended.
