The best marketing book ever written. It has helped me as a financial advisor in setting up my mail campaign. Their is so much covered to last you a life time. Beats hundreds of volumes on marketing text book material. Too bad the author doesn't write anymore. I hope if he's out there and reading this review to write a new volume with new chapters on online and social marketing.
