I wish I had had this as a resource before and during massage school. The chapters on communication and hospitality are invaluable. I enjoyed the author's personal anecdotes delivered in her conversational style (even though I keep reading that word as "controversial"). The book has given me some new ideas and reminded me of some common sense do's and don't's. I would especially recommend it to massage students or new graduates looking for work or ideas to start their own practice.
