A Golf Marshal’s Chronicles by Chuck Burgett

Golf the gentlemans game? That's not the way it really happens. It's about the animals, the fighting, the hazards, the parties, even bio functions. If you, or someone you know, love the game of golf they will want to read about this side of the game. True, but hard to believe, stories will have everyone laughing from first to the last page.

About Chuck Burgett

It is hard to believe that a Nebraska boy could be a full time golfer but that is what has happened to me and my destiny. I started working on a golf course when I was 12 years old and now, in retirement I am working there again, this time as a marshal. I play golf about 200 rounds a year and have seen a lot of interesting and funny things on the golf course. When not golfing I raise Merlot grapes and enjoy drinking the final result.

While not a golf player myself, several members of my extended family are. You don't need a deep understanding of the rules to have a good laugh at the stories in this book. My only complaint is that I wish the book was longer.
