Short description
The AVMA 20/20 Vision Commission was charged with creating a progressive vision for the AVMA and making recommendations to ensure that the Association achieves this vision and continues to be relevant and responsive to its members and the general public. This is the Commission’s report as presented to the AVMA Executive Board in April 2011.
The AVMA 20/20 Vision Commission was established by the AVMA Executive Board in January 2010. Commission members were charged with creating a progressive vision for the AVMA and making recommendations to ensure that the Association achieves this vision and continues to be relevant and responsive to its members and the general public.
The Executive Summary and full Commission report as presented to the AVMA Executive Board on March 24, 2011 are presented in this e-book. According to the Commission, this report "should be viewed as an optimistic framework for a considerable amount of further work that will need to be done to successfully position AVMA for the future and achieve its vision."
