A realistic look at the journey of forgiveness and acceptance that Godly spouses are faced with in marriage. This book really had me asking the hard question: after I have forgiven once will I forgive and love again and again just as God has forgiven me. I am from Jamaica but the issues in my church culture are the same. It's a breath of fresh air to see the author face such a difficult reality for so many Christian marriage and in doing so show the amazing work God when we surrender our pains and hurts to him.

How do you respond when God has called you to the very limit of your faith... then asks you to go one step more?

How do you forgive the unforgivable? Does grace or mercy or justice have a limit?

I am the author, but Indemnity, (the follow-up story to Contingency) addresses these tough questions. Bobbi and Chuck have rebuilt their marriage after his affair, and are forced to deal with the reappearance of the other woman and the son born from the infidelity.
