Finally no longer an old maid, 33-year-old Shirley Dowtry is excited to start life with her new husband. Moving into an antiquated house once owned by the famous Oklahoma outlaw Fred Barton, however, is the beginning of what turns into a living nightmare for the timid woman. All the while, her fanatic husband is certain he is on the verge of finding bars of gold, hidden away by the Barton Clan after one of their famous bank heists. Will the newlywed couple succumb to the deadly secret of the old home?
