I'm really glad I purchased this book. This new talented author painted a vivid of the hood life. Reading this book the readers will see the reasons Lana and Debo made the choice to live the street life. They will see that our people choices isn't about how much money they have because Debo parents were well off but, their choices is a cry for attention. I would have gave the author a 5 but there were a few typos. I can not wait for part two. I will mos def consider this book for a group discussion with my teen group. Good luck Ms Williams, you are truly a voice. ~Nesha B
