Convinced Leesa is failing to get a new job, her family sends her to a motivational workshop at the Northwest Institute, "where greatness begins," to get some inspiration. And she finds it in the charismatic speaker, handsome, eligible Ryne Garrett. At the workshop, she joins a wacky group of fellow jobseekers--the Job Camp Group. Pink Slipper is a fast, fun read about a woman’s journey to gain employment while maintaining her dignity. Her daily rejections, or as she learned to call them, responses, don’t paint a bright future.
In her quest for a steady paycheck, other than the measly stipend from the unemployment office, Leesa joins a group of fellow job seekers and finds herself surrounded by an interesting cast of characters. Ones who can’t help notice how smitten the hero, who teaches motivational seminars to help individuals achieve their inner greatness, is with Leesa.
Tag along on Leesa’s journey to get the job and the guy, and enjoy! You’ll be glad you did.
