I had already met the author online before I purchased this book. We had already discussed mental health and self development. I was already familiar with her music, which is also full of emotion and depth.

This book has made my laugh, cry and think. Most of all it has helped me to see my own anxiety in a different light. It has also reinforced what I already knew, which is that there are wonderful people out there who have the ability to help you if you only let them.

Thank you Ariella for sharing yourself, your story, your wisdom and your own experiences with others. Your generosity is inspiring.

I enjoyed this book very much. The writer does an excellent job of bringing you along on her journey through first having anxiety, to dealing with doctors, and all the joy she found from her struggle.

There were times in this book I truly felt like I was there with her, experiencing her struggle with her. She uses very good imagery and descriptions to truly capture you in her moments.

I would recommend this book, not only to those experiencing anxiety, but for those feeling any sort of struggle, or who have experienced them before. I found myself relating to many of the things she would speak of, crying along with her (out of sadness, or joy), and smiling as she did.

There is also lots of great advice, for those dealing with anxiety. I agree with a lot of her ways of coping, and understanding of why you're experiencing it in the first place.

I only give it 4 stars, because I wish I could have kept reading!
