Jaye E. Seay has written a very thoughtful guide to daily living. I recommend it for anyone who is, or has been, going through any experiences, pleasant or not. There are very useful scriptures that help us remember from where our help comes. Mr. Seay has a very helpful way of reminding us that God is in control and cares for each of us.

I also recommend this book for persons who, professionally or not, speak with others to help them face life's pressures. Jaye E. Seay rings true.
