Leah Barronne, married to an unscrupulous husband, Ian,finds herself floating on the water's edge, days after her husband's attempt to drown her along with hired muderer, Jim Merzonitzi. She struggles in excruciating pain back to the huge Victorian styled house, given her by her Aunt Nora. She manages to climb up the outside steps leading to the third story attic apartment and lives a hidden life. Being extremely wealthy unknown to Ian, as a result of being her Aunt's only heir, there are no boundaries to her modes of vengeance against Ian and his new bride, Cyndi whom he moves in shortly. Leah installs a very expensive monitoring device and knows every aspect of Ian and Cyndi's going and coming. Her heartache motivates her to some cruel vengeance.
