Definitely helpful - in the process of reading about procrastination and the myriad of aspects to why and what goes on in ourselves, the inspirations to finally get beyond one's barriers clearly comes to life.
Much has been done since the ol' mojo got tweaked!
Thank you Lisa!

I found this small book, Overcoming Procrastination for Multi-Talented People, to be EXCELLENT. I was expecting just another list of helpful tips but found this insightful work to be dealing directly with the ROOTS of the problem that are so often found with creative people, with pragmatic advise for dealing with each root area. I definitely gained a whole new perspective which was badly needed for a fresh start considering the huge pile of work that needed to be tackled. Lisa is a very insightful author, pointedly sharing the truth that we need to hear, but with gentle encouragement and respect for the brilliant creative type.
