I was so happy to read this book and so was my niece. We both loved it. It is a rare novel I really like. This one was the rare exception.

This is a gripping novel that is absolutely terrific! I loved it all the way through. It is a great adventure for any kid that can read as well as almost any young adult. Nina is forced to live a life that few kids could imagine much less do. However it is possible with great parents and a smart and talented daughter. This was also a thriller better than 99% of the 'thrillers" out there!

Nina's story in her own words was fascinating and exciting all the way through. She is advanced beyond her years, tough as a soldier and clever enough to get the admiration of the President and the special forces of the marines. I loved it!
