Completed a 21-day fast and lost 25 pounds

This is an easy to read book with solid advice on how to get organized when making changes. An enjoyable read too!
Taking that first step is always the hardest thing to do - this book really helped! I am glad I had it to inspire me on!

Sometimes life gets tedious and you become lost in direction, your aims and even being able to stay the course and remain a good person. But with the thought provoking lists contained in this book you can come up with great ideas to put your life on a better course. What do you want to have in life? What do you want to do in life? What qualities do you want to develop in yourself as a human being? What kind of jobs could you train or apply for? If you had to start working out these things from scratch you would find it as difficult as most people do, but Bob Colley lays out great lists of ideas with explanatory paragraphs to each idea that will certainly set you thinking. If you add your own ideas to Bob's, because no one knows you better than you do, it will not take much effort on your part before you have your goals of what you want in life, what you want to do, how you want to be and which jobs might get you there completely sorted out. And that is the target of this book, to get you to clearly see and know your way forwards out of the never ending mist of questions that revolve around in your mind every day.
This is an extremely easy to read book that can help you make your life better by thought provoking you into deciding on that target and purpose to go for so you can work out how you're going to get from where you are today to the life you really want.
