A spate of grisly murders draws psychologist Mike Patterson to The Ebethusa, a tome believed to be of extraterrestrial origin. His investigation will quite literally unleash hell as invincible entities, creatures driven by rage, seek him out.

Extended description

When Ruth Simmons, a world renowned psychologist, is found horrifically mutilated, Mike Patterson returns for the funeral and continues with his former mentor’s research into an ancient tome containing sophisticated mathematical equations that some believe to be of extraterrestrial origin.
Patterson joins forces with Becky Simmons, the professor’s daughter, who believes that her mother has been murdered at the behest of Hugo de Chauncey, an antiquities dealer who is ruthless and highly intelligent. A battle of wills ensues, drawing them both into an unholy fight.

The Ebethusa is a well balanced, beautifully written piece that not only ensnares you from page one, it does so from the prologue. The story is crafted in a somber tone, giving where it needs and restrictive when prompted. It keeps the reader on their toes and never lets up. Each chapter is a way of reconnecting with the scene. Solomon Strange does a remarkable job of painting each area while laying out the dialogue of the moment. This is a must own book!

This book is fabulous!! In a recipe of ghosts, aliens and mind games, Solomon strange takes us on a journey that leaves us questioning where our own imagination, thoughts and fears may take us. From the outset I was unable to put this book down, always needing to know what was going to happen next. If you like a story that is fast moving and leaves you desperate to find time to read the next chapter - this is definitely the book for you. I simply can't wait for the next one!
