Fin Finagin is a boarder at Nellie's Cafe on the bay at the Eagles Nest Marina in a previous era when things were presumably simpler, quieter and kinder. His best friend, Scotty, lives on a small houseboat in the slip next to Fin's old wooden skiff, affectionately referred to as Creature.
