Review by: Marilyn Remedios on Oct. 17, 2011 :
For a pure adrenalin rush, the Conduit is unparalleled. From an intriguing start to the final denouement, it is a krazy, kinetic ride. The main protagonist, Cathy Burkert, is in the cut of great literary heroines - a ravishing Mentalist. The author plays mind games in the backdrop of the historical Turk-Cypriot conflict. Is this a political thriller? is it sci-fi? is it a tale of torrid sex? is there a sub-plot of two boyhood friends, one Greek, the other Turk, now powerful Nemesis? It is all this and more, cleverly interwoven strands, with a fascinating side-track of Homer.

As I was rivetted by Chryselle Brown's maiden potboiler, I mentally shot it as a blockbuster. Guy Ritchie, or ... perhaps Woody Allen, are you listening?!
