Having read all Vicki's previous offerings, I was really looking forward to this one, and it didn't disappoint. Once I started it I had to tell myself to put it down occasionally so I could savour the enjoyment a bit longer. I thoroughly enjoy Vicki's easy to read style with well crafted stories. I thought 'Sleight Malice' was her best and would be hard to beat, but this one is now officially my favourite so far. Keep them coming Vicki!

Vicki has unleashed another compelling story, chock-a-block full of just the right mix of ingredients that we've come to expect from her stylish hand.
A simmering mystery that erupts into highly charged emotions combining with dramatic and sometimes confronting encounters, all cleverly woven with an intriguing psychological twist.
Vicki's editing is seamless. Her words flow with an ease that is pure delight to read.
Her main characters, Greg and Megan, have heart and warmth. I was nail-bitingly, lip-chewingly, carried along not wanting to leave their sides all throughout their harrowing journey.
Very highly recommended.

I have read all her earlier ebooks with great pleasure, so I was really happy that she has produced yet another one for our pleasure.
This one is every bit as good as the earlier ones, the plot is complex, the characters are fully rounded, and the ending came as a complete surprise to me....

I can recommend this ebook with total confidence, a very good read indeed.
