Extended description

Welcome to Mossy Creek. We’re small and easy-going with a lot of community pride and camaraderie. What we don’t have a lot of is crime.

Mossy Creek is a close-knit laid-back little borough, so close to the southern border of Pennsylvania, it’s almost in West Virginia.

Townsfolk like to say: “We’re south enough to lend credence to our slight drawl, but sufficiently north of the Mason-Dixon to be damn Yankees.”

Times they are a changing. When evil rears its ugly head, the whole town is stunned.

But no one was prepared for murder...especially one involving a teenager.

Come sit a spell. I’ll tell you all about it.

I really enjoyed reading this ebook. I must admit that I'm a friend of the author but that's not why I enjoyed it. I like the story. Cops, murder, relationships, colorful characters, and small town action is a great way to get my attention. It is also a book that doesn't have to resort to bad taste to get the point across. I did see a typo or two, but I'm still proud of Jill Behe's first book. I will buy her next one. I have only read it once, but I plan to read it again in the case I might have missed something.
