About Latilya Sivar

Latilya Sivar is a collector, writer, and compiler of histories. She spends much of her time in Midgar, collecting stories she believes to be of historical importance, as well as adding supporting details to give a fuller understanding of events. She will often add information that none but those directly involved could possibly have known, and this has given rise to speculation about her methods. Some claim her to be some sort of seer, others suggest she merely has many powerful connections, and still others claim her to be a charlatan writing false histories.

A good fantasy novella that is well-written, well thought out and extremely engaging. The situations are fascinating and so are the characters created by the author who have depth in addition to multi-dimensional personalities. The story is addictive, i cant wait to find out what happens next in the series. I would recommend this story to anyone who is looking for an engaging creative read.

A good start in what I hope to be a long series. The characters introduced in this first book already are very interesting, and I hope to learn and read a lot more about them as well as others in the upcoming War of the Dead. Very excited to be reading the next book when it's available.
