This is a great follow-up to "Be Happy Now" as it builds upon the exercises you would have started there. It also introduces some new ideas on how to practice happiness in your everyday life. It is written as if from one friend to another which is exactly what a suffering or depressed person needs - to feel that they aren't alone and that there is a way to joy.
