Rumor has it that Esmerelda, the beautiful wife of the village miller, might be a witch. The local priest has rumors swirling of his own, rumors of decadence and depravity.

On Christmas Eve the two find themselves together in the small village church. Neither certain of the other's intent, they pass the time confirming his reputation by playing games of bondage and pain and sex, with lovely Esmerelda as the gift.

As Christmas drawers near, they each maneuver the other until midnight--which is when the real magic takes place.
