I got this based on the good reviews. I'm sorry to report that I found it unreadable. It felt like I kept being introduced to character after disconnected characters and series of events with no storyline even beginning to develop when I was more than 25% into the book.

It's pitiful when the poor, in the story of All the Boys Whistle When Delilah Walks By, are to be envied, simply because they have a two room shed over their heads. Instead of being evicted to the streets of no return homeless. We had better get out the vote in 2012 and keep our president in the White House. I found it hard to believe that Sarah Rebecca Kelly was actually able to rewrite one of our old world books so quickly. Everybody was urging her to bring it back to life; and, once more it sure looks like she accomplished the impossible. All the Boys Whistle When Delilah Walks By, happened in the village where we grew up. Perryville laid in ruins the last time I went back home. That book is Dy-na-mite in its most classic sense.
