on Jan. 24, 2010 :
A nicely written and thought provoking Libertarian manifesto. My only argument would be freedom of the Press. Who dictates what is true and what is not? Would it not be better to allow ANYTHING to be said by EVERYONE? The people’s right to be heard is paramount to freedom. President Obama’s own staff learned this lesson swiftly when they attempted to shut down Fox news.

A radical proposal, if not a tongue in cheek thought provoking work on the how far the United States and it's people have departed from the framework and ideals of the Original Founding Father's.
Should inspire reading the plain words of our nation's Constitution and wonder where the Federal Government and those we vote like sheep to Congress is allowed to effect if not control so much of our lives. R.W. Lewis

This "constitution" is the template for a heavy-handed government. It abolishes freedom of the press and an independent judiciary. It requires you to sign up on a central database to qualify for any job. It dictates when and where businesses may operate. It automatically disqualifies millions of citizens from voting. It prohibits the formation of political parties. It's a tyrant's wet dream.
Or it's brilliant satire.
