This is an awesome book on great food from around the world with nice gourmet touches and unique approach to combing great easy food with health/fitness. Excellent diet/fat burning tips and loved the Italian, Chinese, and French recipes I have tried - now need to try the others! For people looking for how to cook great food easily while doing it healthily this is a great book to get. A few of the recipes look to take a little longer than what you would cook after a busy day at work but I think once I learn the techniques described in the book they will be faster/easier. Also loved the pics and commentary on each recipe.
