About JD Faver

J.D. Faver lives near Houston, Texas. She writes contemporary romance and mystery/suspense. Although she writes daily, she still finds time to enjoy family and friends. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and painting.

She would rather be on a beach somewhere, or sailing. But if she can't do either of those things, she would just as soon write.

Another winner from J.D. Faver. Micki Vermillion, the coolest name, and Officer Paul Osmond were long time friends and lovers, and were meant for each other. Or were they? Just as in Bad Habit, J.D. Faver introduces wonderfully real characters and puts them in jeopardy. Micki and "Os" have problems that any one of us could have in life, except maybe being the target of a sniper. How they overcome their differing needs and goals in life is an entrancing story, and how they deal with the danger is exciting. With a book this good, I alternate taking my time to finish it and not being able to put it down, both because I don't want it to end. I just want to keep hanging with Micki and Os.
