Ebook short description

The spiritual Heart within each of us is the true source of love, peace, joy, wisdom, strength, and fulfillment. Everything that really matters is found within our own Being. Living from the Heart uses pointers and exercises to lead readers very gradually and yet deeply into experiences of this inner wisdom and our limitless capacity for love. It is by giving love that we are filled with love.

Extended description

For centuries, spiritual teachings have pointed us to the Heart as the source of wisdom, truth, peace, and love. We call it the Heart because these deeper realities are experienced most strongly in the region of the physical heart. However, the spiritual Heart is not limited to a location in your body. The Heart is the totality of your connection with the essential qualities and greater dimensions of your true nature as limitless Being. Any full exploration of the larger truth of your Being must include a discovery of the capacities and qualities of this tender, loving, and wise aspect of your true nature.

Living from the Heart consists of three related pieces that explore living from the spiritual Heart. Part One, From the Heart, offers simple ways to drop your awareness into the Heart and thereby shift into a more open, allowing perspective and to more fully experience the world and your true nature as aware space. It goes on to explore dropping awareness into the belly and ultimate... (Read more)

Nirmala has a way of writing very clearly about a subject that is rarely mentioned in spiritual circles: the role of intuition, guidance, and "gut feel". It's easy to find platitudes, but this kind of road map of the finer points is rare. Invaluable for those who find themselves dealing with these issues in order to keep yourselves on track.

If you are looking for a novel to take you on a spiritual journey then click buy now. If you are not interested in exploring faith then keep browsing. The author does a great job of communicating the importance of faith and the need of humans to explore all aspects of such. I would recommend this as a good read for all to get a bit of understanding.

This book would benefit every human on this planet! Most people cannot figure out why they never achieve true happiness. Well like Eckhart Tolle teaches, its because of over identification with our minds. Well then what are we, and where should our awareness flow from? This book explains. It should flow in a balanced way from our Hearts, mind and sacral region. The Indians, Mayans and many others knew this, so can we now!! NAMASTE
